With a background working the wild west of small to mid-size startups, Sam is in love with the startup space. She’s supported founders and execs for the last 10 years wearing many hats under the job title of project manager. She is self-proclaimed “project executioner” passionate about helping founders in tech, health/wellness, and outdoor industries scale smarter.
Here at Ghost Biz Ops, she blends operations, tech, and strategy to orchestrate Ghost OS installations, automate workflows, and empower founders to reclaim time without sacrificing control.
Josh jackson

Josh has lived in the field of biotech for 15 years and loves research and number crunching. He is a data scientist and engineer with expertise in making complex systems work efficiently, blending technical skills in data processing, biomedical engineering principles, and practical problem-solving.
Here at Ghost Biz Ops, he maps complex chaos into clear, visual data models so leadership can focus on growth. He focuses on turning data into actionable insights that drive informed growth.
When we aren’t working with incredible founders and businesses, you can find us adventuring in the mountains or sailing the ocean with our 3 kiddos and dog. We love to travel together and spend time with our extended family. Our favorite place in the whole world is Grand Teton National Park.
